Now, I've founded and managed Progressive Cloud, a software consulting company, which currently has an annual revenue of ~2M€.
Now, I take my expertise to help Founders and Executives reach the next growth level, both in startup and corporate ecosystems.

Throughout my journey, I have had the opportunity to empower hundreds of individuals around the globe on a one-to-one basis.
Some challenges require my mentoring approach, where I steer the person based on my extensive expertise as a Founder and Executive; others require a coaching/advising approach, where I work as a facilitator to help the individual discover his/her North Star!
I run a 1-hour Zoom call, across a pre-defined period length, depending on the individual's needs.
Mastermind Groups
I build like-minded groups of high-performant individuals, that want to focus on what's important: a strategy and roadmap for greatness!
These events occur in a monthly 2-hour Zoom call, throughout a quarter. In between, the group will engage in our Ignights community platform, for knowledge-sharing and resource consumption.

Futurice
To open the most exciting Digital Hub operating in Portugal, I've established a partnership with Futurice to leverage the brand Progressive Cloud.
We operate on many international projects for high-ticket corporate clients, providing managed services for custom software design, development, and maintenance, across Web and Mobile domains.
We are ramping up our concept to incubate and grow multidisciplinary teams to strengthen our clients' whole product portfolio value stream.
Silicon Valley Insight
I've partnered up with Silicon Valley Insight (SVI), a Global Technology firm operating mainly for the US market, to drive their new growth stage from startup (opportunistic) engagements to corporate (thought leadership) ones.
As the Senior Vice-President of Delivery, I drove the organization's ability to deliver exceptional value to clients. I oversaw end-to-end delivery, built client relationships, and worked with sales and product teams. In parallel, I've implemented several internal initiatives to improve talent acquisition and retention, focusing strongly on a remote culture.
BMW Group
In Critical Techworks, a Tech Company part of the BMW Group, I've led the mission of crafting seamless, cutting-edge user experiences.
The main focus was shaping the vision, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment with industry best practices as a Business Unit Lead / Head of Interactions.
I was responsible for recruiting, hiring, and maturing Agile Scrum Teams, accountable for implementing digital products across BMW plants and infotainment systems.
Daimler Group / Mercedes-Benz
Across multiple engagements in Mercedes-Benz, both on passenger and commercial vehicles digital systems, I was a seasoned Product Leader who excelled in developing cutting-edge automotive digital solutions, driven by a passion for innovation.
My expertise guiding cross-functional teams through the product life cycle ensured successful launches and solid user satisfaction.
In parallel to product responsibilities, I successfully managed Daimler's portfolio of special projects for Trucks & Buses by tackling end-to-end budgeting, recruiting, allocation, and training our Agile teams.
Hiscox
I was a Delivery Lead for the insurance juggernaut, responsible for new feature implementation on multiple European branches by crafting, designing, and steering various engineering teams to implement and maintain several insurance policy management systems.
I was also the Analyst Lead for GDPR technological implementation across the EU and for rolling out processes & tech procedures to comply with the IDD directive. that regulates the sale of insurance products and services throughout the EU.
Tech Consulting
Before becoming a Seasoned Business Leader, I've talked the talk and walked the walk. For over 8 years, I was a tech consultant on Front-to-Back software development, database optimization, and business analysis for Telco and Banking solutions.
I know the tech jargon; I've used it and lived it. Nowadays, my competitive advantage in the digital world comes from the fact that I've been other side of the fence, and I know what it takes to pursue excellence in software development.
